Brad N. Sommer is the founder of Only Solutions as well as Sommer Law Group, PC and is an active and accomplished trial litigator. Mr. Sommer had 20 years of experience in the legal industry as a litigation paralegal, general manager, and managing partner at a previous firm prior to founding Sommer Law Group, PC in 2007 along with Only Solutions ADR in 2022. Mr. Sommer represents individuals, families, and small businesses in diverse legal matters, including transactional work and litigation, throughout Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Mr. Wertman graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1993 where he was a member of Law Review and Phi Delta Phi honors fraternity. He earned his B.A. from Penn State University. Mr. Wertman concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation. He has represented multiple individuals, professionals, corporations, and organizations in a variety of disputes including general liability, commercial litigation, business litigation, contracts, personal injury, product liability, toxic torts, general negligence, medical malpractice, and nursing home defense litigation. Mr. Wertman has extensive trial experience, having tried numerous cases to verdict. He has served as an arbitrator and mediator for multiple courts. Edward has also been retained as national counsel for various entities as well as overseeing risk management.

Elle Barr is an experienced family law attorney with a deep commitment to serving children and families. She has experience representing clients in all family law matters, with an emphasis on serving as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem (GAL) in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ms. Barr graduated with high honors from Rutgers University School of Law and began her legal career as a judicial intern for United States Magistrate Judge, Tonianne J. Bongiovanni, in Trenton, New Jersey. After her internship, Ms. Barr served as a judicial law clerk to New Jersey Superior Court Judge, Lee B. Laskin, in Camden, New Jersey. Following her clerkship, Ms. Barr represented the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety as a Deputy Attorney General. Ms. Barr also served as an Assistant Deputy Public Defender and as a Court Appointed Law Guardian for the State of New Jersey. Richard R. Tarantine has over 30 years of experience in complex business, financial planning, estate and tax-
related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate tax planning, state and local taxation, labor negotiations and other labor related matters, business valuations, forensic accounting, estate planning and administration, asset protection planning, bankruptcy, shareholders’ disputes and representing taxpayers in tax-related controversies before the Internal Revenue Service, the U. Marc D. Daffner is a founder of his own legal firm and has personally handled thousands of legal matters in a wide variety of jurisdictions, and is a highly-respected member of the defense bar. In addition to his trial practice, Mr. Daffner serves as a specially-appointed Arbitrator in the Civil Division of the Court of Cormon Pleas, as well as in the United States District Court, and serves as a court-appointed attorney representing children in complex custody matters. In addition, Mr. Daffner is currently serving his third term as an elected County Committeeman, and has been a candidate for Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County.

Paul A. Ellis, Jr. is a Pennsylvania-licensed Attorney and Founding Executive Director of August Wilson House, a national historic landmark. He is the current Treasurer of the Pittsburgh Black Lawyer’s Alliance, and former Adjunct Professor for the University of Pittsburgh.
