This process offers a less formal, more approachable alternative to a courtroom setting. We offer mediation services both online and in-person.

Mediation is highly beneficial to the parties involved due to its confidentiality. Mediation sessions are not open to the public and are not recorded, ensuring privacy throughout the process. If mediation does not result in an agreement, both parties still retain their right to pursue resolution in formal court.

A member of our staff will contact both parties and determine whether or not mediation is appropriate.
