Conflict resolution through mediation emphasizes the collaboration and balancing of interests of the parties. This personal process and structure is strongly focused on supporting the goals of each party without unintended delay of formal court processes.
Mediation may occur at any time that is convenient for all parties. The process is arranged by the parties and is not encumbered by a formal court schedule or the unreliability of a jury. This process offers a less formal, more approachable alternative to a courtroom setting. We offer mediation services both online and in-person.
Mediation is highly beneficial to the parties involved due to its confidentiality. Mediation sessions are not open to the public and are not recorded, ensuring privacy throughout the process. If mediation does not result in an agreement, both parties still retain their right to pursue resolution in formal court.
