What exactly is mediation? Mediation is a highly effective form of alternative dispute resolution that approaches cases in a framework of collaboration, understanding, and balanced choices. Conflict resolution through mediation focuses more on the collaboration of the parties and balancing of interests. This personal process and structure is strongly focused on supporting the goals of each party without unintended delay of formal court processes.
Mediation may occur at any time that is convenient for all parties. The process is arranged by the parties and is not encumbered by a formal court schedule or the unreliability of a jury. This setting is much less formal making it the perfect alternative to the intimidating courtroom. We offer mediation services both online and in-person.
Mediation is highly beneficial to the parties because of its confidentiality. The mediation is not open to the public nor is it recorded. If a mediation does not end in an agreement between the parties, both parties still retain their right to pursue in formal court.
Contact our office or complete an intake form requesting mediation services.

Mediation will occur either in-person or online in order to establish a collaborative, legally binding settlement between both parties.
Only Solutions ADR staff will follow up shortly after the mediation with necessary documents of settlement.
