Early Neutral Evaluations are one of three processes available in alternative dispute resolutions (the others being mediation and arbitration). Like mediation, Early Neutral Evaluations are confidential and non-binding and may even evolve into mediation if all party's jointly choose to proceed that way. We provide Early Neutral Evaluations either in person or through remote sessions.
